This item is an INSTANT DOWNLOAD that contains digital files
Design measures 8x8 inches. But you can resize it to the needed size. I don't recommend to make it smaller than 8x8.
For this project it is necessary:
1. Cutting Machine on blades basis like Cricut, Silhouette etc, or laser cut machine
(design has been tested with Cricut Exlore Air)
2. Colored Card Stock
Optional to create a 3D effect
3. Foam Stripes 0.5" - 4 for every layer(and glue or double sided tape 0.5" ); alternative - foam tape, glue dots
4. Frame
5. Mini Led Lights
Snowflakes layers put together(top 3 layers), do not separate layers with stripes !!!!

Re-name the folder Commercial Use. 
To create sub-folders, open the Commercial Use folder you created > Right click > New Folder. Right click on the folder > Re Name the folder based on how you decide to categorize your designs. Repeat this process to create multiple sub-folders. 
Under the "Local User" area, right click "Library" and then select "New Folder." 
Double click on the new folder to re-name it "Commercial Use" If you'd like to create sub-folders, repeat he same process only right clicking on the "Commercial Use" folder to create a "New Folder" within in.
