Refund & Digital Goods Policy

Digital Goods & Refund Policy

All digital Items (including but not limited to design files, digital downloads, mockups, fonts, graphics, templates, artwork, and associated digital resources) are sold "as is" and are non-refundable once delivered and accessed. Upon purchase, you receive immediate digital access on your account and assume all responsibility for your purchase.

Digital Delivery & Right of Withdrawal

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Digital Items are delivered immediately and electronically upon successful payment. By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and waive any right to cancel or withdraw after purchase, to the extent permitted by law.
  2. Digital Items are immediately accessible on your account upon successful payment. You cannot reverse or undo this delivery. You understand you will lose any right to withdraw from this purchase upon completion of your purchase, as delivery occurs instantaneously.
  3. Once you have accessed or downloaded any digital Item, you cannot reverse or undo this action. We provide no refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for digital Items under any circumstance, including but not limited to: technical issues, change of mind, failure to meet your expectations, or perceived quality concerns. Your sole remedy for a defective digital Item is a replacement of that Item only.
  4. This policy applies regardless of your reason for dissatisfaction, including issues related to software compatibility, device capability, skill level required, or misalignment with your intended use.

Subscriptions & Memberships

Subscription fees and membership payments are recurring and non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to refunds of fees already paid. Access to subscription benefits terminates immediately upon cancellation or non-payment.

Dropshipped Items (US Only)

Certain physical Items are sourced through dropship fulfillment. All dropshipped Items are sold "as is" and are non-refundable once ordered. You assume all risk and responsibility for dropshipped Items, including satisfaction with quality, fit, accuracy, and alignment with product descriptions. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits are issued for dropshipped Items under any circumstance. This policy applies to US customers only.

EU Consumers

For consumers in the European Union: This non-refund policy for digital goods relies on the exemption provided under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16. By purchasing a digital Item, you explicitly acknowledge that you have been informed of and understand you will lose your statutory right to withdraw from this purchase once the digital Item has been delivered to your account.
