Yes, you may sell up to 200 Transfers, I just ask that you buy this listing again if you go past that amount. & Please don’t claim the artwork as your own.

***If I purchase these digital papers, can I use them as an element in a design, and then add to it to sell?

Yes, feel free to add text,other design elements, etc. to these digital papers. You may NOT resell them as is, changing their hue, coloring, etc. They must be used within a design.
