Create your own precious pinwheels! Little ones make adorable cupcake toppers and larger ones are perfect for party decorations! We've even seen brides use a bouquet of pinwheels instead of flowers. These look great with double-sided paper too since you can see both sides at once after they're assembled.
This is a design for use with an electronic cutting machine such as a Cricut Explore or Silhouette machine. Additionally, for those without a cutting machine, a PDF is included for cutting by hand. The PDF makes pinwheels in 5 sizes, ranging from 2 inches wide up to 8 inches wide. Please note, as the assembled pinwheels contain small parts, these are not intended for young children to play with.
The design comes in these file formats:
SVG – for Cricut Explore (using Cricut Design Space), Silhouette, Brother, and various other cutting machines
PDF – to be print and cut by hand
PNG – image for reference and print (colors cannot be changed and cannot be cut by machine)
DXF – or use with various other machines and software such as Graphtec and autoCAD
Use your cutting machine's software to resize the cutting template as needed. Make sure to scale all the pieces equally and proportionally so that they will still fit together correctly.
If you have an issues uploading this design on Cricut Design Space, please note that after the last Cricut update, some users experienced compatibility issues with some designs when using Chrome.
