Hey there!
Using the extras for a font is program specific. Some programs have a 'glyph manager' that you can use directly with the text panel that allows access to the extra parts of a font. If your program does not have one, you can copy and paste the extras into your program from your computer's font management application (Windows: Character Map or Mac: Font Book).

Negative!!! Don't purchase!!!

Don't bother with this font! It's seriously the worst! Not worth the $14.95!!! It makes it look like there are 3 different fonts with the different heartbeats, but there is only one actual font and the letters don't go together. The heartbeats them selves are not great, just wasted $15 and now have to start over and make my own heartbeats.
