incomplete files. no response

I downloaded the vector files only to receive half of what was described (anvils only, no tools). I reached out to So Fontsy and they said I had to reach out to the designer. They gave me their e-mail. I e-mailed and have yet to hear back. Shame that the company I purchased them from won't do anything about rectifying the situation, and nothing from the designer. Will not purchase from either in the future.
