There are three files available after you purchase. The SVG is the file you’ll need to upload into your cutting machine, unless you have Silhouette Basic edition where you’ll need to use the DXF file. Silhouette Studios upgraded editions can use either the SVG or DXF file. 

After downloading, you’ll see files are zipped. You’ll need to unzip that before using (right click and choose unzip on Windows or double click on Mac). 

I have also included a PDF instruction file You can use that to have a visual of the order each layer should be placed.
