How Pausing a VIP Membership Works
When you pause your VIP membership, you will keep your benefits including membership discounts and access until the end of the current term period. Instead of your membership automatically renewing at the end of that term, it will Pause.
During the 60 day pause period you will not be billed and your membership benefits will not apply.
At the end of the 60 day pause period, your membership benefits will automatically renew and you'll be billed for your VIP subscription again like normal.
How to Put Your VIP Membership on Pause
- Go to SoFontsy.com and Log Into Your Account
- Visit You VIP Dashboard
- Click "Change / Manage Subscription"
- In the VIP Portal window, enter your Email and Password / OTP
- Click Your Plan Name at the Top of the portal window (1 below)
- Select "Pause Subscription" (2 below)
- Click the "Pause Subscription" Button to Confirm (3 below)
