How to Update Your Payment, Shop, and Personal Information

Use these shortcuts to update your payout details or ask a question about a specific payment.

⏱️ Note: Payment inquiries and payment method changes are processed once per month. All requests submitted via these forms are batch reviewed and updated or responded to during that monthly processing window.

How So Fontsy Pays Commissions

So Fontsy offers two commission payment methods. Your default option is PayPal; Payoneer is available by approval for vendors in countries where PayPal is not supported.

1. PayPal Default

  • $25 minimum payout
  • Paid by the 15th of the following month
    (e.g., January commissions are paid by February 15th)
  • If you need to change the PayPal email we use for payouts, use the “Update PayPal Payment Email” link in the quick links box above.

2. Payoneer Limited Availability

  • $50 minimum payout
  • Paid by the last day of the following month
  • Only available to vendors in countries where PayPal is not supported.
  • Must be approved by So Fontsy staff. To request Payoneer payouts (or switch from PayPal), use the “Request Payoneer Payouts” link in the quick links box above.

Having Trouble Receiving Payoneer Payouts?

If your payout is failing or not arriving and you use Payoneer, walk through the checklist below before submitting a payout inquiry.

🔒 Step 1: Make Sure Your Payoneer Account Is Fully Verified

  1. Log in at https://www.payoneer.com.
  2. Click your profile icon → Settings > Verification Center.
  3. Look for any of the following statuses:
    • Documents Needed
    • Account Under Review
    • Incomplete Information

➡️ If anything is listed, complete it as soon as possible. Your account must be fully verified to receive payments.

📣 Important: If you currently have Payoneer selected and are experiencing issues, Payoneer recommends checking your Verification Center first.

💼 Step 2: Confirm You Can Receive Business Payments (USD Receiving Account)

  1. In your Payoneer dashboard, go to Get Paid > Receiving Accounts.
  2. Make sure you have a USD Receiving Account listed.
    • It should show routing and account numbers.
  3. If you don’t see this section, your account is not yet eligible to receive payouts from So Fontsy.

📌 Note: If you joined Payoneer through a platform like Fiverr, Upwork, Airbnb, etc., you may need to upgrade your account to enable direct business payments.

✉️ Step 3: Confirm the Payoneer Email We Have on File

We send payments to the email address you provided us for Payoneer.

Make sure:

  • It matches your current Payoneer login email.
  • It’s associated with a verified account that can receive payments.
  • You’re not using an outdated or alternate email that you no longer check.
