How do I access my purchase?
To access your So Fontsy purchases, simply login to your account and click “Downloads”.
Can I re-download my designs?
Absolutely. You may access your purchased designs at any time by logging in to your So Fontsy Account and clicking “Downloads”.  There is no limit to how many times you can download each item.
Where do designs I purchase from So Fontsy go?
All designs purchased from So Fontsy – including those in bundles – are stored in your So Fontsy Account. Sign into your account > click “My Account” > Orders to view your order history and re-download any purchases.
Do I have to create an account?
In order to complete a purchase on So Fontsy, you will need to create an account.  If you are a first time customer, you will be able to create an account during the checkout process.
Can I use this design for commercial use (to sell)?
You sure can. Please be sure to read the General Commercial License for a full description of how you can use the items you purchase from So Fontsy.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds on digital downloads.  All sales are final.  Please be sure to read the Terms of Use for full details on our policies.
How do I purchase a So Fontsy gift card?

Is there a So Fontsy app?
While there isn’t an official So Fontsy app, you can access www.sofontsy.com on any of your devices 🙂
Can I access So Fontsy from my tablet, phone, or mobile device?
Yes! Just open an Internet browser and go to www.sofontsy.com.
What format are the items on So Fontsy?
The file formats vary for each item sold on So Fontsy, so please refer to each item’s description.
What software programs can open my design?
You can open the  purchases from So Fontsy on a variety of programs such as: Silhouette Studio, Cricut Design Space, Adobe Illustrator, and Corel Draw. For tutorials on using So Fontsy designs and fonts with design programs, please check out the Tutorials section.
Why do I get the message “[your item(s)] has been removed from your cart because it can no longer be purchased. Please contact us if you need assistance.”?
If you have completed checkout and received this message, the items are available for you to download and checkout was completed successfully.  So Fontsy has a quantity limit of 1 on every item available for purchase to avoid purchasing duplicate copies. This message just provides an alert that since you have already purchased the item(s), you can’t purchase it again.
Why am I getting a security warning about potential viruses when I attempt to download my purchase?
So Fontsy uses SSL technology (you can tell by seeing https in the web address and the word “Secure” in your browser).

We also received the following message from Google on Sunday January 14, 2018: “Google has received and processed your security review request. Google systems indicate that https://www.sofontsy[.]com/ no longer contains links to harmful sites or downloads. The warnings visible to users are being removed from your site. This may take a few hours to happen.”

On January 20, 2018 McAfee completed a review of www.SoFontsy.com and has granted our site a status of ‘minimal threat risk’.

If you are still receiving a possible virus warning, we recommend attempting to download your purchase using a different browser.
