TruFlat® is meticulously crafted with a defect-free MDF core, ensuring easy cutting and superior quality. Each sheet is sold with 2 good sides and boasts a thickness of approximately 3.6mm.
We guarantee a tolerance of +/- 0.015" flatness over a 19" span. To compare, standard Baltic Birch is 0.215".
Recommended Settings
Posted settings are recommendations only. For best results it is recommended you attempt a small test area before moving forward with a larger design. Results may vary on each machine due to a variety of factors such as machine type, age, and maintenance.
Recommended Glowforge Settings: Cut ProofGrade Medium Draftboard, Engrave (Speed/Power) : Full/Full
Recommended 60W Settings: Vector 15 Speed, 90 Power Engrave 55 Speed, 100 Power
30W Thunder Bolt Recommended Setting: Cut 10/90, Engrave 400/35, Score 400/25
Sublimation: Recommend starting at 385º for 45 seconds and adjust as needed.
