How to Schedule Social Media Posts with Canva
Sign into your Canva Pro account and click Content Planner:
Click on the + Add Content Button in the top right corner of the calendar and choose Post.
You can also click on the calendar date you’d like to schedule your social media post.
You can either choose from the content in the top row of the pop-up window or you can create a new design to schedule.
Change the date & time of your post.
Choose your channel / board and fill out the title, description and add the link. Be sure to use relevant keywords!
Click schedule or save to drafts.
If you need to change the date/time or delete a scheduled post, click on the Content Calendar to view the monthly schedule.
Click on the 3 dots next to the day you want to change and edit the post.
